The Tree Experience

One beautiful spring day, I sat with one of the most amazing trees, I've ever met. I have spent many powerful moments with the "Baba Tree". On this particular day, I had the most spontaneous artist journey. I experienced  my sense of seeing opening in a whole new way. I first experienced a powerful vision of light and movement. I then could feel the movement and change within and around me, as the tree invited me to share a multi-dimensional experience. In bliss and being quite present, I began to paint a "larger than life" painting,  a painting created with pure energy. There was no paint, no drawing tools; it was the most freedom I've ever felt as an artist.

The next morning as I brought out my pencils, they started to dance across the paper embodying the very movement and energy that I  had experienced the day before. I was in awe of the intensity that came through me, filled with such ease and grace, as this image opened before my eyes.
