Recently in Drawings Category
I met Jesus face to face on a hot summer day in Chico while in a drawing class.
As I stepped back to witness my drawing
a drawing that I was recreating from
an artist centuries ago...
I about fell to my knees...
I could feel this pulse of life
moving through me like
a serpent snake...
Time stood still, reality
changed, and so did I.
An ancestral spirit
spontaneously appeared
on my paper, one day.
As I open to his reflection,
I see a shaman, a leader,
a gatherer of the tribe preparing
for a ceremony...
In this moment the past, present, and
future became one.
A Goddess Awakens into Reality She is Awakening
her womb - her universe - her sexuality -
all being Revitalized by the
sacred and potent energy
that lies within
Nature is her ally as she heals
and opens to her New Life
She can feel her earthly connection
and simultaneously is in tune
with the whole universe
A memory of a time in the womb
I can hear the trees whispering as the
angels sing - nature spirits
dancing to an fro
a blessed day
a new breath of life
as I become the tree and
the tree becomes me
I received a gift from
nature on this blessed day

as this divine being opens to his
Shamanic DeaTH
HE melts with the Earth
becoming one with all of nature
his whole being being awakened
The sacred serpent circles carefully around
to help support and birth this great
Being Into The World
The spirit of the snake magically appeared before my eyes
As if we had met before
We became allies in this meeting and
in all meetings to follow
I could feel the ancestry of the Earth
through the geometrical designs that adorned
this ancient creature
Awakening to a new day - change is in the air - feeling the movement and energy of the Northern California and Big Sur fires...Sadness over the loss of homes and the trees fills me -these sacred lands and the beauty of nature carry such deep medicine - I also know that fire is natures way of initiating change, movement and creating new life - Fire is natural - it is powerful medicine for the Earth -
